Section 8.24.480 Printouts admissible as evidence.

In a prosecution under subsections 8.24.440, 8.24.450, or 8.24.460, computer printouts shall be admitted as evidence of any computer software, program, or data contained in or taken from a computer, notwithstanding an applicable rule of evidence to the contrary. (Ord. 90/T-8390)
