Section 8.32.060 False reports to law enforcement authorities and fire department.

    It is unlawful for any person to report or cause to be reported false information to a fire department or a law enforcement authority, knowing that the information is false, or to report the alleged occurrence of a criminal act or fire, knowing the same did not occur.  
    It is also unlawful for any person to provide false information to a fire department or a law enforcement authority regarding their name, age, or social security number.  (Ord. 97/U-5613; S-34775, 1978)
