Section 8.48.010 Interference with Privacy.

It is unlawful for any person to look into windows or doors of any building or other accommodation being used as the permanent or temporary living quarters of another without justification or without the permission of the owner, lessee or person in lawful possession of the living quarters and while on the premises of the owner, lessee or person in lawful possession.
