Section 8.48.040 Lewis and Clark Park

1. It shall be unlawful for any person to come on to any part of the playing field or open areas immediately adjacent thereto at Lewis and Clark Park without the express permission of the city manager or his designee or the manager of the lessee of the Park on the day the incident occurs.

2. It shall be unlawful for any person to throw any object onto the playing field or open areas immediately adjacent thereto at Lewis and Clark Park. (Ord. 93/U-1224)
