Section 8.56.090 Penalty for violations.

Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter or who hinders, obstructs, or otherwise interferes with the agents or employees of the city while carrying out the provisions of this chapter upon order of the council made thereunder, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished according to the provisions of section 1.04.100(1).
