Chapter 8.60 CURFEW
Section 8.60.010 Underage Curfew.
1. It shall be unlawful for any minor under the age of 14 years to be on public
right of way or in any
public place or establishment, or to ride in or operate any vehicle, bicycle, skate board, or roller
skates/blades in or upon any public right of way or other public places in the city between the hours
of
10:00 P.M. of any day and 6:00 A.M. of the following day.
2. It shall be unlawful for any minor of the age of 14 or 15 years to be on
public right of way or in any
public place or establishment, or to ride in or operate any vehicle, bicycle, skate board, or roller
skates/blades in or upon any public right of way or in other public places in the city between the hours
of
11:00 P.M. of any day and 6:00 A.M. of the following day.
3. It shall be unlawful for any minor of the age of 16 or 17 years to be on
public right of way or in any
public place or establishment, or to ride in or operate any vehicle, bicycle, skate board, or roller
skates/blades in or upon any public right of way or in other public places in the city between the hours
of
12:00 midnight and 6:00 A.M. of the following day, official City time.
