Section 8.60.020 Responsibility of parents.
It is unlawful for any parent, guardian, or other person having the care, custody and control of a minor
under the age of eighteen years to knowingly or negligently permit or allow such minor to violate the
provisions of Section 8.60.010. (Ord. 89/T-8032)
