Section 8.60.025 Responsibility of Business Establishments.

It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation operating a place of business or amusement to knowingly or negligently permit or allow any minor to be in or upon any place of business or amusement operated by them within the curfew hours set by Section 8.60.010, except as otherwise provided in Section 8.60.015.
