Section 8.72.020 Notice to abate nuisance.

Whenever the city manager or his designee finds a nuisance exists, he shall cause to be served upon the person or persons causing or maintaining the nuisance or the owner or the occupant of the property on which the nuisance is located a written notice to abate the nuisance or to request a hearing as provided in Section 8.72.070.
