Chapter 8.72 NUISANCES
Section 8.72.090 Emergencies.
Whenever any nuisance is an immediate and eminent threat to life or property, the city manager
may, with or without notice as required herein, order the nuisance abated and assess the costs of
abatement to the person or persons causing or maintaining the nuisance and to the owner of the
property on which the nuisance is located after notice and hearing. (Ord. S-20760, 1972)
