Section 8.76.010 Violation of mayor's proclamation.

Any person who willfully fails or refuses to comply with any provision of any proclamation issued by the mayor under authority of the laws of the state in a time of public danger, or during an emergency, shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars or be imprisoned in the city jail for not to exceed thirty days.  (Ord.
