
BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
The Board of Adjustment hears and decides appeals to any order, requirement, decision, or determination made by an administrative officer in the enforcement of the City's zoning ordinance; hears and reviews variances from the terms of the zoning ordinance; decides applications for conditional and temporary use permits; and hears appeals to the sign ordinance.

MEETINGS: 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month, 4:30 p.m. or shortly after the Planning & Zoning Commission meeting

MEMBERSHIP: Must be resident electors; cannot be an officer or employee of the City; the majority of the members have to be public-at-large and not in real estate.
