Andrew manages the legal affairs of the City and performs legal services for the City. Prepares resolutions, ordinances, contracts, leases, franchises and other legal documents for Council meetings; reviews ordinances and prepares City contracts. Attends meetings of the Council and City boards and commissions. Serves as legal advisor to the City Council, City Manager, City boards and commissions and other officials of the City. Represents the City in legal matters, brings suits as necessary and defends the City in suits brought against. Hires and provides direction to legal staff. Determines and implements departmental goals and develops office policies and procedures.

Connie is the Legal Advisor to the Police and Fire Departments (including personnel issues), WCICC Communications Center and Human Rights Commission. Primary responsibilities include tort litigation, civil rights litigation, worker's compensation and general litigation. Connie also deals with law enforcement training and ordinance preparation.

Nicole is counsel for Community Development, Economic Development, Field Services, Human Resources, Human Rights, and Inspection Services. Primary responsibilities include eminent domain, intellectual property, civil rights, and worker’s compensation. Nicole also deals with ordinance preparation, tort litigation, unemployment claims, general claims and applications for Federal and State trademarks and copyrights.

Justin is responsible for the prosecution of all ordinance and traffic violations filed under the City code. Other duties include reviewing and processing all child support orders and garnishments for city employees, mortgage foreclosures, bankruptcy matters affecting the City, and construction contracts. Justin also performs civil legal work for the City through the preparation of documents such as resolutions and ordinances, attends meetings of the Board of Adjustment and Planning and Zoning Commission, and furnishes legal advice to other departments. Justin also processes and litigates small claims by or against the City arising from property and personal injury claims.
