This project will include the replacement of an existing  watermain & water services in Nebraska Street from 5th Street to 8th Street. Paving replacement will be kept to a minimum. The intersections of 5th, 6th, and 7th will include limited streetscaping features such as colored sidewalk panels, trees, plantings, etc.
