This project includes the replacement of various water mains and services that have been identified as undersized in the system. Both trenched and trenchless options for water main replacement will be considered.  Locations include the following:
• Chicago Avenue (South Rustin Street to South Helen Street)
• Westcott Street (1st Street to 2nd Street)
• West 1st Street (Main Street west to dead end)
• Center Street (West 1st Street to West 3rd Street)
• Dubuque Street (7th Street to 14th Street)

Anticipated Bid Letting: Summer 2026

Construction Start: Summer 2026

Construction End: Winter 2026
