This project includes asphalt overlay of Lorraine Ave. from S. Lakeport St. to S. Walker St. and asphalt mill and overlay of S Lyons from Lorraine Ave to Seger Ave. Accessible sidewalk ramp improvements and intake replacements are also included in the scope of work
