What is the DBE/ACDBE Program?
Are you a female or minority-owned small business? You may be eligible for DBE or ACDBE certification. The Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program and the Airport Concessions Business Enterprise (ACDBE) program are federally funded programs and administered by the Federal Transit Administration. The programs are intended to provide contracting opportunities to small businesses owned by socially and economically disadvantaged groups and individuals.
