City staff would like to extend you an invitation to apply for the 2025 Façade Improvement Program. The application deadline is March 28, 2025 by 4:30 pm. Applications can be submitted in person on the 3rd floor of City Hall in the Planning and Zoning Department or can be emailed in PDF format.

Downtown Façade Improvement Program

The City of Sioux City and Downtown Partners would like to extend an invitation to downtown property owners and businesses to apply for the 2022 Downtown Façade Improvement Program. More information about the program will be shared at Downtown Partners’ annual stakeholder meeting on Tuesday, June 21, 2022 at 5:00 p.m.
