A bridge and pavement replacement project on the Wesley Parkway ramp to southbound Interstate 29 in Sioux City will require closing the ramp to traffic at 8 a.m. Monday, March 18, until Monday, July 1, weather permitting, according to the Iowa Department of Transportation’s District 3 Office.
