    The project is located at the intersections of 7th Street and Floyd Boulevard, Cleveland Street and Floyd Boulevard, Arthur Street and Floyd Boulevard, Garfield Street and Floyd Boulevard, West 8th Street and Hamilton Boulevard, and the 100 block to 200 block of Virginia Street, and includes the cast in place concrete rehabilitation of sanitary sewer manholes.
