The Board of Adjustment hears and decides appeals to any order, requirement, decision, or determination made by an administrative officer in the enforcement of the City's Zoning Ordinance; hears and reviews variances from the terms of the Zoning Ordinance; decides applications for conditional and temporary use permits; and hears appeals to the Sign Ordinance. Members of the Board of Adjustment also serve on the Planning and Zoning Commission. Visit the Planning and Zoning website.
