The Sioux City Housing Trust Fund, Inc. was founded in 2004 with a mission to expand access to safe, affordable housing for low- and moderate-income residents of Sioux City. Over the past two decades, this 501(c)(3) organization has invested more than $11.4 million to improve housing conditions and create healthier, safer homes throughout the community.
