You can Set Up Automatic Utility Payments by Completing the Bank Authorization Form, payments will be automatically deducted each month from your checking or savings account. You can email the completed form to email@example.com; mail it to the Customer Service Center, PO Box 447, Sioux City, Iowa 51102; or deliver the completed form to the Customer Service Center, 1st Floor in City Hall, 405 6th Street. If you can't make it to City Hall during regular business hours we have Payment Drop Boxes located at HyVee Stores, Indian Hills Fareway, and across the street from City Hall.

Homeowner Utility Repairs and HomeServe
The City of Sioux City Utility has partnered with HomeServe USA Repair Management Corp., an independent company separate from the City of Sioux City.
HomeServe offers these optional service plans as an authorized representative of the City of Sioux City. Through HomeServe you can buy affordable emergency repair plans that provide protection against costly and inconvenient repairs to the systems in your homes and properties.
Payment by Check Information - Check Conversion
When you make a check payment to the City of Sioux City, you authorize us to use information from your check to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from your account. Funds may be withdrawn from your account as soon as the same day we receive your payment. You will not receive your check back from your financial institution.
