This project will close the loop between two trail systems, the existing trail that ends at the intersection of Floyd Boulevard and Outer Drive to the existing Floyd River Trail that ends on the north side of Outer Drive North, just east of the Union Pacific Railroad tracks.
The project is located at the intersection of 7th Street and Nebraska Street and includes the replacement of a damaged fire hydrant, assembly, and associated street paving.
The scope of this project as is relates to street reconstruction, includes removal of all paving, existing storm and sanitary piping structures within the public right-of-way in the project area and the installation of new sanitary and storm piping and structures, and new sanitary services to homes.
This project includes the removal, storage, and replacement of four 72-inch equivalent reinforced concrete arch pipe (RCAP), backfill, and erosion control seeding.
The project is located at 1821 18th Street and includes installation of new fuel tanks, fuel pumps, paving replacement, and removal of existing tanks and fuel pumps.
The project is located at Harbor Drive, South of Singing Hills BLVD and North of Bridgeport Drive and includes the realignment of Harbor Drive, grading work, and storm water piping.
This project is located at 419 Jones Street in Sioux City, and includes the installation of supplemental structural steel beams and ramp maintenance.
The project is located at the Tyson Events Center, 401 Gordon Drive and includes the replacement of the wheelchair ramps and repairs to the upper plaza on the southwest corner of the building.
The project will be located at 220 Pierce Street, and is tied to the Sioux City Art Center, 225 Nebraska Street, Sioux City, Iowa. The project is for construction of a new 10,992 square foot one-story structure used as an art education facility, and will include parking and sod improvements.
The project is located at the Tyson Events Center in Sioux City, Iowa and includes flatwork repairs to the parking lots surrounding the Tyson Events Center and a new storm inlet for drainage issues at the northeast corner of the facility.
Morningside Avenue from South Nicollet Street to South Lakeport Street will be reconstructed in the summer of 2018. This project will include the replacement of all pavement, sidewalks, and utilities (water main, sanitary sewer, and storm water infrastructure).
Bridgeport's Improvements consist of installation of a 12 inch sanitary sewer, a 16 inch water main, culverts, grading, concrete pavement, new signal installation, new lane configuration, realignment of Harbor Drive, and construction of a new roadway. This is set to take place in four (4) project
This project is located at the 30th Street and Pierce Street intersection in the north side of Sioux City and includes construction of new paving, water mains, storm sewer and sanitary sewer.
The project is located adjacent to the Highway 20 bypass at the new Cone Park next to 3808 Stadium Drive, Sioux City, Iowa and includes the construction of a 5,400 SF splash pad and ice rink with refrigeration chillers, recirculation pumps, in-slab piping, and electrical improvements.
Bridgeport West Improvements (South Patton Street from Boulevard of Champions to Bridgeport Drive, Harbor Drive, Singing Hills Boulevard, and Southbound I-29 Exit Ramp) Project
The project is located in the Bridgeport Industrial Park and includes new traffic installation and lane configuration work at the following intersections: Bridgeport Drive and Patton Street, Murray Street and Patton Street, Boulevard of Champions and Patton Street, Harbor Drive and Singing Hills Bou
This project is located at the Southern Hills Mall (4400 Sergeant Road) and includes construction of storm water BMP's, storm sewer, grading, pavement replacement, and landscaping.
The City of Sioux City proposes to complete a full reconstruction project on Pierce Street from the north side of 24th Street to the north side of 29th Street. This project includes the complete reconstruction (utilities, pavement, sidewalks) of West 7th Street, between Hamilton Boulevard and Wesley Parkway.
