Fiscal Management is responsible for financial systems, procedures, internal controls, and the budget processes. The division provides a variety of support services that include processing all construction contracts, self-insurance administration, grant management, project reviews, approving all purchase orders, preparation on the City's five year capital improvement program, the annual operating budget, the payroll budget, and debt management assistance. The division responds to information requests from the Mayor, City Council, and concerned citizens.
