Permit Application Process

Completed applications can be emailed to engineeringdivision@sioux-city.org. Associated application fees can be paid via credit card by calling 712.279.6324 or via check payable to "City of Sioux City" sent to City of Sioux City Engineering Division, 405 6th St., PO Box 447, Sioux City, IA 51102. After the City Engineering Division reviews and approves the permit a copy will be emailed to the address listed on the application. Please allow a minimum of 2 business days for review and approval.
