Heritage Parking is a parking facility which has 4 levels of parking and will accommodate 344 vehicles. It is located on 3rd Street between Jackson Street and Jones Street. This facility provides clean, safe, and convenient enclosed parking for downtown visitors, Historic 4th Street visitors, Promenade Theatre patrons, Convention Center guests, and employees of surrounding businesses.

The ramp is fully automated and accessible at all times. The entrance to the Heritage Ramp is on Jackson Street. Maximum height clearance is 8'2".

Parking customers who are not monthly parkers may use credit/debit cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay to pay for parking. Cash is not accepted. In an emergency, the parking ramp management company, ABM, may be called at 712-279-9500 to assist customers who only have cash with them.

Monthly parkers will need to request a personal barcode to enter the ramp by contacting ABM at 712-279-9500. ABM will print and laminate the barcode for a monthly parker upon request. The barcode can be saved to the card holder’s cell phone and scanned when entering and exiting the ramp. 

Heritage Parking has skyway accessibility to the Ho-Chunk Centre and the Stifel Nicolaus Building on the 2nd level west landing, as well as an additional connection to the Stifel Nicolaus Building (4th & Jackson) on the 4th level northwest landing.
