The Sioux City Transit System provides public transportation in the tri-state metropolitan area, including Sioux City, Sergeant Bluff, South Sioux City, and North Sioux City.
Our transfer point, the Martin Luther King Jr. Transportation Center is located at 505 Nebraska Street in downtown Sioux City.

TRACK YOUR BUS IN REAL TIME
Use Passio GO™ to see your bus’s location and arrival time. Tap on your stop or select your destination on the screen. The app will show when your bus will arrive, where it will pick you up, when you will be dropped off, and any walking directions you may need.
Passio GO™ also allows you to update or adjust your route and stops at any time to help reduce delays or miscommunication.
Sioux City Transit Buses Operate:
Monday - Friday: 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday: 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The South Sioux City bus route does not operate on Saturdays.
NO SERVICE will be provided on Sundays & the following holidays:
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- July 4th
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
Information and forms will be provided in ADA-Accessible formats upon request.
The following locations will not be served Monday - Thursday from 2:30 - 3:30 p.m. and Fridays from 12:30 - 1:30 p.m.:
