Sioux City Transit Passenger Conduct
Passengers may lose the privilege to ride the bus if they violate any of the Passenger Conduct Rules of the Sioux City Transit System. Riding the Sioux City Public Transit System requires that each passenger understand and obey the following basic rules.
TRANSIT PASSENGER CONDUCT
- Follow the directives of the Bus Driver at all times.
- Have the exact fare ready to deposit in the fare box before boarding. A fare pass and identification card must be shown to the driver each time you ride.
- Please enter and exit the bus in an orderly manner. Do not push or crowd other passengers.
- Strollers must be stored out of the way of other passengers.
- Children in a stroller should be taken out and the wheeled device folded up and put out of the aisle.
- Be respectful and courteous of other passengers.
- Do not litter or discard anything in the aisles or out a window.
- Keep head, arms, and legs inside the bus.
- No horseplay or profanity is acceptable at any time.
- Vandalism of City Property of defacement by graffiti will be prosecuted to the maximun extent of the law.
**Video security cameras are in use in all public transit vehicles.**
